Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During new product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping to the United States
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delayed or Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.
If the package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with:

- Your building's mailroom or front desk
- The delivery carrier

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged product

International Shipping
At this time, Book Mark B. primarily ships within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, shipping destinations, rates, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Important Note About Natural Leather
Many of our products are made from genuine vegetable-tanned leather.
Natural variations in color, grain, texture, pores, and markings are normal and may cause your item to look slightly different from product photographs.
These characteristics are part of the natural beauty of the leather and are not considered defects.
